RICHMOND, Va. – The Virginia National Guard Management Group released its 4th Annual Conference Prospectus for Exhibitors and Sponsors today after finalizing plans to host the conference September 16-19, 2021, at the Marriott Hotel and Convention Center in Norfolk, Virginia.
The 12-page prospectus outlines a variety of opportunities that exhibitors and sponsors can select to gain unparalleled access to top Virginia Army and Air National Guard decision-makers.
Exhibitors can select different levels of conference access to gain unique benefits and access to engagement opportunities. The exhibit access levels begin at Bronze, then increase to Silver, Gold and finally the top tier of Platinum.
Platinum access offers organizations four invitations to an exclusive dinner with several high-ranking members of the Virginia National Guard prior to the start of the conference; four invitations to the military ball; four registrations to the golf tournament benefiting the Virginia National Guard Historical Foundation; two exhibit spaces; and, a full-page advertisement in the conference program. Additionally, Platinum organizations are encouraged to provide promotional materials and information to be distributed as part of the conference registration packets. In recognition of the platinum organizations, the VNGMG will honorifically name a scheduled conference event after the organization (e.g. “The Organization Coffee Break”).
For the first time ever, platinum organizations receive two invitations to the annual Virginia National Guard Legislative Reception sponsored by the Virginia National Guard Association and the Virginia Army / Air National Guard Enlisted Association held annually in January of each year. The annual reception brings members of the state government, the Virginia House of Delegates and the State Senate together to engage with leaders and learn about the Virginia National Guard.

Organizations interested in becoming direct sponsors of unique events during the conference gain prized advertising space as well as opportunities to present information about the products, services and solutions offered to assist the Virginia National Guard meet the unique challenges facing Soldiers and Airmen today.
The highlight of the named sponsorship opportunities is the Signature Sponsor title.
The Signature Sponsor gains all of the platinum access benefits as well the organization’s name printed on all conference signage and is honorifically mentioned during introductory messages. Additionally, the Signature Sponsor’s logo is printed on the conference badges and registration bags.
Whether as an exhibitor or as a sponsor, partnership in this event further develops and sustains long-term partnerships between like-minded organizations and Servicemembers of the Virginia National Guard. The program is not intended as a general fundraiser for the associations. Instead the partnership serves as a vehicle for members of the community to contribute directly to Servicemembers and their families by offsetting the cost it takes to participate in our annual conference and address key issues facing the Virginia National Guard.
