RICHMOND, Va. – The 63rd annual conference of the Virginia National Guard Association convenes April 28-30, 2023, in the “Colonial Capital,” Williamsburg, Virginia. Register here.
The annual conference is the pre-eminent gathering of Officers, Warrant Officers, and leaders of the Virginia National Guard committed to growing leadership capacity, improving organizational effectiveness, and leader development.
We gather this year under the theme: SOAR. SOAR is a conference for actively serving Soldiers and Airmen, retired, and alumni of the Virginia National Guard. It is also a mindset, a course of action, and a community aimed at supporting leaders and leader development within the formations of the Virginia Army and Air National Guard. It is the intent of the conference planning committee that attendees learn how to: Seize Opportunities and Rise.
Please join us in Williamsburg during the late April timeframe for a VNGA conference with plenty of shops, dining, nightlife, and sports just steps away from the Colonial Williamsburg. The conference is held at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Register here.
Saturday starts with a presentation to the VNGA, the Virginia National Guard Enlisted Association, and the Virginia National Guard Historical Foundation from the 28th Adjutant General of Virginia, Maj.
